    Our Eggs Benedict certainly do have asparagus, @Cody Fousnaugh or spinach, which is then called Eggs Benedict Florentine. We're not ALL hicks!

    I did think it was a little odd RR...very glad you saw this otherwise I'd have been going around thinking...hmmmm..no asparagus with the eggs Benedict in the USA..lol

    Some places use it; some don't. It's not considered "classic" but it is popular.

    same here, some place use fine string beans rather than asparagus...
