In May of 2008, the VIX was under 21... In September it was 59. Today Sept 3, 2019, the VIX rose to 20... Surprising? A heads up... just in case. You DO remember 2008, right?
Geeze....I thought you were referring to one of the French kings or something. Then I saw @Beth Gallagher 's post and went back to reread it. We can always tell who has a good education and who doesn't.
I know the real estate market is once again at a ridiculous high. I really don't know why they keep pushing up prices until it all goes bust.
