Any Ladies With The Red Hat Society?

We've only came across a few at a restaurant we were at once.

 

I think it's an absolutely cool society / club for ladies 50 years and older.

 

I tried to join, but they started beating me with their bags. How was I to know that my red MEGA cap did not meet their liberal standards?

I have never been a joiner and thought maybe I should join this fun group. $49 a year to wear a red hat? I think not!

 

@Faye Fox I don't know anyone who is, nor do I know if there is even a group where I live. I think it would be great fun though with the hat and all. Didn't know it cost money to join. That could be a deal breaker.

 

OK @Shirley Martin Look at the above photos, then your avatar!! I forgot about Halloween and thought you were a Red Hat Lady.

 

Another deal breaker for me was when The Red Hat Society started a local chapter for transgenders and they marched in a parade as the Red Hat Society. Can't natural born ladies have anything that is just for them? I mean they could have started the yellow hat society or something.

 

They may bring more fun to the party than a bunch of older ladies.

My wife's mother is a member; it's offered through her Senior Center in Columbia City, IN. Costs nothing.

It is a bit much, but I only wish I could apply it that accurately.
