We have all reached the age where we ourselves or others we know, have some kind of medical condition. Some one may say they have RA or CVD, CA,NHL,PD,Alz,IDM,AF, HBP, Knowing what these abbreviations stand for can save a lot of time in how we respond.

That's great Bobby-- I assume you take no pills of any kind then.

Supplements: EAA’s (essential amino acids) BCAA’s, (Branch Chain Amino Acids) Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Creatine, L-Glutamine, Gabba Root, Tongkat Ali, Magnesium, Zinc, Potassium, extra Arginine at night with Melatonin.

That said, just to be a bit for informative and possibly help your thread along, what do all of those abbreviations mean?
It’s a given that I know some of them and could look up the rest but you might get a few more takers if you extend your thread to give some more substance to the abbreviations. Jus’ sayin’. :).

When it comes to supplements can you take them all at the same time, or do you have to space them out?

In my case----PN is Peripheral Neuropathy (Non Diabetic) RA is Rheumatoid Arthritis & NHL is Non Hodgkins Lymphoma.
When I was your age Bobby, I wasn't taking anything except Viatimin C and I had NO Medical Conditions. Time can change a lot for all of us.

Lon, do you hate the idea that you have to take all those pills now, given you were so active just a few years ago..?

The Vitamin C, EAA’s, BCAA’s, Creatine, Gabba root and a couple of others, I buy in the form of bulk powder and add them to my personal witche’s brew recipe and drink it throughout the day.
I have extra magnesium, potassium, boron, and zinc in capsule form which I will take right after my morning shake and before a heavy workout day which also means that I will amp up my Vitamin D3 intake on those days.

Even though I already have Arginine included with the Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) I will take an extra gram with 10mg of melatonin before bed. The arginine can cross the brain’s blood barrier during a deep sleep and will stimulate the pituitary to produce more Growth Hormone which is why I argued with Joy about buying synthetic HGH.

Yes Lon, time waits for no one and is unsympathetic as heck.
The thing is though, I had my crippled up and dying time just about 5 years ago and I’m determined that I’m not going to go through anything like that again.

I asked God for healing and I got it and I’ll be derned if I’m going to waste it. Even if I never compete as a natural bodybuilder, I’m going to be healthy enough and look and feel like I can ......and win.

I didn't know that!! I did too! It happened about 3 weeks after I joined this forum. I actually found this site while looking for insurance because I knew something was terribly wrong. Then, I picked up my Bible and went to Mark 11:23 & 24. I'm a 'whosoever' and needed a 'whatsoever'. :)

So how are you now Bess ?.. you've been with us 4 months now, has anything improved in your life (apart from finding us of course).. but I don't know if you want to talk about it, but if not, I hope whatever was wrong is improving...

I'm as good as new!! One day I couldn't look up, down, sideways or lay on my left side without the room spinning. By the next day, I was perfect. I do stay on a much healthier diet since our bodies aren't even made for all the junk we put in them. I have no one to blame but myself for getting so sick. Having said all that, I really want to emphasise, no one should EVER stop taking their medication until a doctor tells them they no longer need it or they really know for sure they are healed. Blind faith is stupid faith. The Bible clearly states not to have feigned (fake) faith.
