Seniors Medical Conditions & Their Abbreviations

Can’t Remember “stuff.”

 

(You are up early too!! I thought I was the only one who can never sleep past the crack of dawn. )

 

There's somebody in town who has a license plate CRS. And it's not spit or stuff.

 

Neither was @Beth Gallagher 's. She changed the word to be polite.

 

You are right. It's much easier for people to have discussions between themselves or with a doctor by using the abbreviation....instead of the whole medical term. I wish they would get one for fibromyalgia. Every time I have to spell it in reference to my mom, I have to look it up.

 

I'm so seldom polite that many people miss it.

 

It's referred to as FM

I kinda watch out for those folks who have COL. It’s not necessarily deadly but it’s definitely uncomfortable and contagious.
