..in Bricks and mortar stores . Aside from supermarket shopping which I hate btw , I like to see what I'm buying instead of getting someone else to choose it in store... I really have lost all interest in Shopping in Bricks and Mortar stores.. and I used to love it, I'd find any excuse to shop , but now.. I just think ''Meh'' !! I mourn it tbh, I wish I still had the passion for it, but I just feel I can't be bothered any more. I have plenty clothes, and shoes ( the only things I would always buy instore aside from groceries ) I have everything I need for the home, and that which I don't I can buy online... so browsing around the stores, has lost it's total appeal.. ! Anyone else?
Yes I know you've never been interested in shopping CC..well not in the years since I've known you, but I loved it, but I just can't be bothered any more. Either it means I'm getting old and can't be bothered with the crowds, and the long walking from store to store.. or I already have too much stuff and don't need any more!!
I don’t really need anythingand my main problem is I get overwhelmed.....crowds don’t bother me. Only time I shop is with my daughter....I let her decide unless I hate it.
Oh Crowds don't bother me at all... it's just that I feel now that I can't be bothered with it all any more... Don't get me wrong once I'm out shopping then I'm fine, but I don't have the inclination any more..
I do not like grocery shopping, bra, shoes, or any other clothing shopping. Cars, trucks, electronics and dogs...I can live with.
..only semi-hopeless my dear Gloria... I am careful to only use the funds available online which belong to my husband (with his permission) .., whereas if I go bricks and mortar shopping, I'm paying out of my own pocket
I have never ever understood seperate money in a marriage. His is mine mine is mine and ours are all in the same account. I oversee it all
I don't care much about shopping anymore either. Never thought that day would come. I guess I just don't "go and do" as much as I used to, so not much use for all the clothes, shoes, handbags, etc. Even my online shopping has slowed so I must finally have enough stuff.
Black Friday will be coming up. Generally we go shopping on Thanksgiving night until midnight, go to bed, then get up early to hit a few more stores. This year, since my wife has already got her new laptop and we got our Western Stock Show & Rodeo tickets, very little we can think of to buy each other for Christmas. Since we no longer have the income we had in Florida, the family gifts will either be none or very few. We don't expect much or anything from them. So, everything should be fine. However, will decorate, inside and out, for Christmas. Some of the décor will go to the Goodwill after Christmas. Have to much!
