    I know this is a late thought....I have a Veteran and his wife who live directly across the street from me. He replaces his Canadian Flag ever year a few days before Remembrance Day, due to being worn and torn. Over the years i have heard that flying a tattered flag is disrespectful, and he confirmed that as well.

    This is true. At least they are affordable. I supposed one could pay more, but Amazon has a nice variety of quality to choose from.

    Our Legion supplies our Veterans with new flags when needed.

    That's coming right up and I'll go to the Cenotaph like every year even tho my Dad is no longer with us.Korean Veteran,thank you for your service Dad.
