WiFi is a wireless internet connection, as opposed to a wired connection, @Hal Pollner . An easy comparison might be between a CB or walk-in-talkie (wireless communication ) as opposed to a landline telephone (wired communication). Your internet modem can send a signal to your television (assuming that the television is capable of receiving the signal), and then you can “stream” content from the internet to your television.
Hal, you might start this thread at the beginning and read the whole thing. You keep asking the same questions but the answers don't change.
THAT'S BECAUSE I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MEMORY RECALL...I SIMPLY DON'T REMEMBER ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS PREVIOUSLY!!! Hal
That's why I suggested re-reading this thread. As for your "memory problems" excuse; you seem to whip that out when it suits your purpose.
It "suits my purpose" quite frequently, Lady Beth, and is indeed a legitimate excuse, if you've never experience the memory decay I'm going through! Hal
