It is a fast snack to make while they are around. how to make these easy banana doughnuts: First, we will take care of the dry ingredients. Grab a mixing bowl and combine together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Separately, we will take care of the wet ingredients. Combine the eggs, milk, olive oil and vanilla. Beat lightly. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and mix together. Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the batter. Heat up oil to a temperature between 360-375F. The best way to find out what temperature you have in the pot is to get a thermometer. Using a tablespoon, pour the batter in the oil and let the doughnut cook for about 2 minutes on each side until brown. Remove from the pan and drain them on paper towels.
