I hope this link works.... cuteness overload.... https://v.pinimg.com/videos/mc/720p/ec/85/f0/ec85f00cbc32570354afcda1141070cc.mp4
@Holly Saunders OMG....that was sooo beautiful! It looks like she is just laying there peacefully feeling her daddy's love. I wish this was on YouTube, it would surely go viral. Do you know who the singer is? He sounds like Mumford & Sons, so I thought he may be a Scottish singer. Wonderful voice.
No Bess, I don't know who he is, and yes it's such a shame it's not on Youtube I agree ... but I just melted when I saw it, and I'm not easily swayed by cute... sorry the link doesn't work for you @Al Amoling ..
LOL I just noticed that you asked if he was a Scottish singer...errrm..no he's definitely not Scottish I thought he sounded American... hahaha...
I've done a little search and yeaaah I found a copy on Youtube, and also found the daddy is called Ben Moseley, and he has a little band called Ben Mosely and the Contraband and they're from Birmingham Alabama USA Incidentally the baby is called Natalie https://classiccountrymusic.com/dad-sings-tom-pettys-alright-for-now-while-newborn-sleeps-on-guitar/
Wonder why the name "Contraband" is in his band's name? Just looked up the meaning of it and it means "illegal use". Wonder how he's using the word.
Oh for goodness sake Cody lighten up... we're talking about a hard working father of 5 serenading his son... not dissecting his choice of names for his band can't you just enjoy the video for that it is?
Ok, enjoyed it. Now, let's move on. However, still don't like the "contraband" word in his band name. But, it is his band. Heck, I don't like the name Black Sabbath for a band name or the song name Hell Is For Children, but do like Pat Benatar.
Thank you!!! I'll send the link to my daughter who does a whole lot of social media to see if this beautiful video can't get more views!! Explains why I thought I heard a Mumford & Sons sound to his voice. So many country folk singers have a strong Irish/Scott heritage and I can hear it in the way they pronounce certain words. He has a beautiful raspy voice as well. Oh MY, just noticed he has almost a million views on YouTube! @Cody Fousnaugh Considering he is from Alabama, 'Contraband' could also be a word used for guns. It probably isn't, but it could be.
LOL..Bess, I think you're forgetting I'm Scottish from Irish heritage, we are all folk singers... well except me.. II
