I have not been invited to a NYE party in at least a decade. Seems no one wants an old codger hanging round. My evening usually entails dinner, watch the Sydney fireworks, bring in the New Year with a JD Honey and sleep. I use ear plugs @Bess Barber so I dont here the neibor's dog howling at firework explosions in the distance.
No celebrating for us either, and I was in bed before 10 last night. I did hear some fireworks later, so probably happened near midnight. Might have been gunshots instead, that is how people in this neighborhood seem to celebrate everything. Anyway, the New Year is here, and I am hoping for a good year ahead, happy , healthy, prosperous, and wishing the same for everyone here on our forum !
Never been to a New Year's party. Never wanted to go to one either. Never understood the celebration of the new year but do return the good wishes for the new year. I like to see people happy whatever their reasons for being so.

Watched this one and Paris on TV, Holly until 2020 finally made it to Times Square. I doubt there were many over 30yrs. of age there.
