I really don't get whats so nice about them, most of the styles aren't very comfortable and I don't like the ones that have the LV all over them. I like comfy purses and not too big because it hurts my back and shoulders if my purse is too heavy. All I need room for is a small wallet, sun glasses, keys and iphone. If I'll be out longer then meds for pain, maybe a lipstick and some tic tac.
I have a Michaels Kors and a Kate Spade my daughter gave me....I do like those 2! I also have 2 Lululemon sporty type bags she bought me and those are the ones I use the most, mainly because of their light weight.
I love watches too..and I have a couple of very expensive ones but I'm very careful where I wear them. I like to mix and match watches to match what I'm wearing but I never pay more than £100 for 'fashion watches' ....and for work I wear a trusty waterproof standard timex.. this one...
The Coach bag I was talking about is this one, but this pic I found shows the back. The front side has a flap.
Have to say though that my daughter is an expert at getting the lowest price on most of her purchases. It amazes me how she whittles the price down with coupons, sales etc. she has it down to a science and she will return things for a price adjustment if it goes on sale after she bought it. Except for some designer things that never go on sale I don't think she's paid full price for anything. If she ever decides she doesn't want to be a dentist anymore, she would make an excellent shopper and I have a feeling she would enjoy it more. Sometimes finding a good deal is better than SEX, lol.
Are men allowed here? When I still attended church services, I always liked seeing the ladies dressed like below. Still like that look. How about you gals?
Agree with Ruby about the hats. Those ladies in your pic look classy, Ike! My mother was like that, she always looked nice and loved hats. Even now at 83 and as sick as she is, she makes sure she is put together. Before this last incident, even though it took her forever just to walk to her bathroom, she still would put on a nice outfit, necklace and earrings. I wish I could wear hats but I look terrible in them.
Oh that's so funny Ruby...before I saw your post, and while I was looking at Ike's pictures, I thought..oh that's my style , I wear that type of clothin''...and then you said it..I did laugh LOL ..just shows how much you can know someone sometimes even over the internet!! I don't have many pictures of me hatless but I'll try and find one now...
I like to shop the up scalp secondhand stores in my area. I have food very good deals in these stores and that is the first place I go when I need something special and different.
@Holly Saunders , looking lovely! It's funny we have the same coloring and yet I'm lost if I wear red.
