These socks would go well with those flip flops, Ruby. Something that would be useful in Fresno's weather.
Thanks muchly Chrissy... I'm good with red, and royal to navy blues..and all pastels colours, and given I'm so blonde you would think I wouldn't suit lemon but I do.....but I can't wear Grey or green, or wine/burgundy colours .. they make me look really ill...
I've just realised this thread is in 'help requests''. think Ken might want to change it somewhere else...
I think it was intended as a suggestion for a new topic, which might have been posted in the New Topics thread.
I just found this thread. You were talking about expensive purses. I've only bought an "expensive" purse once in my life. I paid $100 for it at TJMaxx…I know that's nothing compared to the designer labels you discussed but at the time I considered it expensive. I will never buy an expensive purse again. Here's why... So I took my expensive purse on my first visit to New York City and left it in the hotel room the first 2 days because I knew that tourists were a target especially wearing expensive things. On the third day I decided that New Yorkers are all such friendly people so I took my purse out with me. You guessed it. I was robbed. My bright red coat probably didn't help either because I stuck our like a clueless tourist in the city. Our 4 Broadway tickets for that night were in there too….not to mention money and credit cards. I did speak to the skeptical theater manager that night about "Cats" seats without my tickets and he reluctantly let us sit in the balcony. Ruby, your photo of the Water Bottle Shoes above reminds me of this
Exactly my point re the bags Lara....I would be terrified, that just by having an expensive bag it would make me a target....It's absolutely sickening when you've been robbed isn't it?...a horible, horrible feeling!! Lmao@ those boob water bags... can you imagine that weight around your neck?
Sorry Ken, I didn't know about the sub-forum New Topics and you are right it was intended as a suggestion for a new topic.
Not a big deal. Later, I'll add this as a suggestion in the New Topics forum and move this to a discussion area. Meanwhile, just carry on.
