There are two Republicans running against her. John Dennis and DeAnna Lorraine. I believe John Dennis ran against her in the last election and lost. There is also at least four other Democrats running against her...and at this point I am thinking even another Democrat winning would take Pelosi out and that would be a good thing!

Nancy Pelosi has made a complete fool of herself, and insulted her Democratic Party again , this time at the SOTU address last night. We all remember her doing the childish little “seal-clapping” (was that at the SOTU last year ? ), and this time, in front of all of America, and the whole world, she stood there and tore up her copy of the President’s SOTU address. Even most Democrats are sick of this behavior from Pelosi, and it is hard to imagine someone of a sound mind resorting to such ridiculousness.
Her actions speak louder than words. She is desperate to hang on to the leadership and the new socialist movement will be firmly behind this sort of behavior. Pelosi and her ilk define all that is wrong with Congress. Personal gain is paramount among their aims. Research is showing this to be true and recently AOC is illustrating her overt desire for building up her wealth. DNC chair is unhappy that she will not even pony up her dues. The blindness of the American people toward all this greed is truly astounding.
I feel that the President should not have ignored the House Speaker's offer to shake hands. She felt so slighted that she tore up his speech as revenge. Ahh well..... Hal
If you watch the video, President Trump was just handing out copies of the speech, and he didn’t shake hands with Vice-President Pence, either. Pelosi does this kind of childish behavior all of the time, just like she did the “seal-clapping” last time, and ordering “bullet pens” to sign the impeachment papers. I am pretty sure that she had planned this little demonstration, regardless of whether the president shook her hand or not. This probably just raised the president’s approval rating even higher.....
That's right, Hal...…...oh well. Will they ever get along? However, there were a few times that she stood, smiled and applauded what Trump was saying.
Nancy looks like all the injected fillers are shifting in her face. Maybe they are seeping into her brain and causing her to act like the party's mascot.
Look at it again. He handed a folder to her she took it in her right hand and as he turned away she then transferred it to he left hand and then put her right hand out to shake but he had turned away by then.
