Wonderful pictures, girls. My icy pictures. Bubba inspects the frozen birdbath, accompanied by Libby and Daddy. Then around to the ice covered cedar tree. More to follow.
That is ice on the ground and trees, not snow. Close up of ice on the grass. My dogwood tree. More to follow.
Here can still the window of the car parked at the curb. By the end of the storm the car was completely covered with snow, you could not see the car at all. We are still waiting for the plow trucks so that we can get into the street.
Shirley don't you just love it when the sun shines on the ice? the sky pics of the ice were just beautiful.. Pat where do you live? .all that snow! wow!!
Can I be a spoilsport and post a Summer photo This is right on the edge of the city Adelaide took it 5 minutes ago from motel balcony ,it's on the corner of South Tce and Anzac highway and Goodwood road ( you can't see south Tce) the city is a mile square ,bounded by south, west, north and east tce's ) Now do all you poor freezing members feel warmer
I'm not freezing in California but enjoyed the pic. That road looks confusing to me...what happens in that middle area??
@Chrissy that's the south bound lane ,remember we drive on the left hand side of the road here in Australia. The middle area is called Anzac highway ,which takes you down to the beachside suburb of Glenelg I will take a photo of the city centre when the sun's in the correct spot ( Adelaide is the Capitol city of South Australia ) the city centre is right behind the motel
Yes, Holly. My camera has a macro setting and I use it to take close up pictures. I like to see reflections in raindrops and ice. The reflections in droplets are always upside down.
