Maybe when you feel better, you will feel like a colour again, even the shampoo in kind can make a worthwhile difference @Gloria Mitchell
I dyed my hair for years and have always worn it long. About two years ago I decided to let the color grow off after seeing my cousin's gorgeous silver hair. I got it cut really short to hasten the removal of color; the haircut was a bigger shock than the color! Anyway it grew out again and I love the silver color but some days I wonder if I'd like to color it again. I wear it up in my "grannie bun" most of the time; I don't like hair on my neck especially in the summer. I am more bothered that my hair has thinned considerably and still keeps falling out...ugh. I used to have a ton of hair and now it's wispy.
@Beth Gallagher . I hear you. I call my thinning hair...peach fuzz. Coloring is a hassle and know I would not want to color long hair. Maybe a shorter style for summer? Paige boy type ?
I really hate posting pictures but here is the short cut I got in 2018... And here's the story about 2 months ago... I never wear it down; always in a ponytail or a messy bun. Short hair is cute but I don't like upkeep and I can't cut it myself.
Haha. I have always hated having my picture made, even back when I was young and looked halfway decent. I'm always missing from family photos. My mother was the same way.
I understand. Some of us just do not feel photogenic. But you really need to work on that- being able to let go and have picture taken can be life changing.
