Arise, Octogenarians!

I am sorry for the selfish post. In slight mitigation my grandson lives the other end of the country and can only visit once a year at most but we do have lively discussions and arguments on the phone, most of which he now wins. Cocky little devil.

 

I will be 84 this coming July.

I believe I am the eldest on the Forum even though Lon has me beat by 2 years and Berry & Lois skunked me by 3.

Lois, I was born in July, 1936, which means I will be 84 in 3 months.
I am therefore the Eldest member of the Forum, although not chronologically.

Starting out a little early this year Hal. Normally you wait until around the 15th of June to start making sure everyone knows you’re celebrating another birthday in July.
Why don’t you do this. Instead of a conventional avatar, just put BIRTHDAY JULY 12 and you won’t have to canvas for birthday wishes early.
Everyone will know what your birth date is 365 days a year.
