I do realize you have a few memory issues so other than the new people here, we who have been here a while have already seen your gym and discussed it a number of times. The thing is, other than the bench with no one to spot you, I really .....really hope you use those weights. Physical and mental exercises might just help out with your mental acuity and jump start a healing process. Without change, there will be no change. That written, at some point this thread will probably be merged with your other ones and you can re-read all of the comments that were on those. It’ll be like old home week and you will be able to review the whole thing anew.
OK, I'll play. Here's a view of a part of my home workout room. The heavy bag and the sauna are behind me:
I like that you have been able to consolidate your equipment to one room. In one room we have the bio-force machine, stationary bike, ez and straight bar, weights, dumbbells and a mini-trampoline. In the bedroom we have the treadmill and out back stands my heavy and speed bags. One item you have that I really, really want is a preacher’s bench but first I have to figure out where to put it and secondly I’m not sure if I want to buy one or build one. Since I converted one bedroom into my wife’s pantry, maybe she’ll let me put the bench in the kitchen? . uh...no, I’m not even gonna ask. ,
It will take some engineering but now that I think about it, a kitchen table with drop outs and drop downs converting into a preacher’ s bench sounds intriguing!
That's the magic of SOC when it makes a couple agree online on how to change their home rather than turning their heads and talk it over because they are sitting in the same room/house.
Too true Thomas but my wife is doing her thing in the living room whilst I am doing mine on the porch. And maybe, someone can come up with a better design of said table than the one I am imagining.
