    For me, not one iota!

For the past 22 years of my Retirement, I have always enjoyed my stay-at-home lifestyle, enjoying my Hobbies, Reading, Watching my huge library of Movies, listening to Classical Music on my big Stereo System in the Game Room, playing Piano and Guitar, taking a little Exercise in my home Gym, and NOT sharing my interests with anyone else, because nobody else has the same interests as me.

On occasion we go to Calico Ghost Town, where they have the popular Civil War re-enactments, with the Blue and the Grey trading Cannon and Musket fire, and we also liked to visit the Barstow Railroad Museum, play in the Apple Valley Senior Citizens Dance Band, go to Astronomy Club Observing Sessions, go to our local outdoor Shooting Range, and other offbeat things that have limited appeal to most retirees.

    Travel? Not for me...its over-rated!

We went to the Grand Canyon years ago, and for me, that's all the traveling I need to do!

I've stopped there a couple of times on my way to Bodie. I wonder why they'd have Civil War reenactments at Calico. I don't think it was a hotspot for Civil War activity.

There was absolutely not one Civil War skirmish anywhere in California!

    600,000 Americans died elsewhere.

Calico is ideal for battle re-enactments because of the terrain and because of the numerous re-enactment groups in Southern California.

Without a doubt, I'm going to need a haircut very, very soon. The barber I've used since moving back to Colorado, hasn't got a phone anymore in his shop, so he can't take appointments. Which means, he can't open yet. So, like it or not, looks like I'll have to go to someplace like Supercuts or Fantastic Sam's. Appointment only, hair cutter will be wearing a mask and I can as well (if I desire, which I will). The only people that are allowed inside is the people getting their hair cut and the barbers. Everyone else has to wait in their vehicle, until called by the desk employee.

I'm also considering buying, for some $20 on Amazon, Men's Hair Trimmers that comes with an attachment for cutting thicker hair. My hair can grow pretty fast and that's why I get it cut monthly.

So, are you having trouble getting a haircut? Would you consider buying a Trimmer like I'm looking at?

I need a haircut and the Salon here at Assisted Living has been closed since the Virus thing started. I will do some trimming my self with scissors.

I also need a haircut regularly. Have been having a trimmer for a long time and will now use it because I won't go to the barber's for the time being. Too much of a hassle. Just today I also bought a smaller one for eyebrows and things.
The regulations you describe are the same over here but masks are a must for both the barber and customers as is washing the hair. No shave or trimming of eyebrows is allowed, though.

Since my heart surgery last year I've gone with the buzz cut. So I'm ok for another couple of weeks. My last cut was January 18th. My hair grows slowly.

I hadn't cut mine for over a year before the fake pandemic, so I think I can go another year without difficulty.

We (wife/I) talked to her brother and our great niece last night on Zoom. Both told us they need a haircut. After looking at the Trimmer on Amazon a few more times, we are going to buy it. With my wife assisting me, we should be able to trim my hair.

I'm sort of scared to go to Fantastic Sam's, although they do assure me that each haircutter is wearing a mask, the person getting the haircut can wear one and that nobody is sitting in the area waiting for a cut. Everyone must sit in their vehicle, until called, for their haircut.

My wife tells me "For the last 20 years, I've never seen your hair this long!" Well, it's not even close to be shoulder length or over my ears, but it is long. Much longer than I'd have it during the summer months.
