Post The Last Picture You Took On Your Phone

Found an old can of Armor All Tire Foam that still sprays and used it on the garage door. This is half way done for comparison. Hope it lasts at least a couple months, because it only takes about 10 minutes to go over the whole door. No way am I going to paint that door. Maybe after multiple applications it will last. Who knows.

Today is wash hair day. I always play with my hair and back in the day my hair was in an afro. So when it was drying I styled one.

Another black snake near the barn Friday. A young one, only about 30" long, kinked like a ribbon.

"When encountered, they often kink their body and lay completely still in an attempt to escape detection. This “kinking” of the body is very distinctive of North American rat snakes in general."

I've added two new windchimes I received for Mother's Day. I just found a spot for the one below. I was going to hang it from the tree but read that it wasn't a good thing to do. So as I was just rummaging through the carriage house I came across a camera tripod that I purchased at the flea market a couple of weeks ago. My son was with me and asked what was I going to use it for I responded 'I'll think of something.' It was only $2.

The windchime on the left is one of my creations. It was a birdhouse the bottom was missing but I bought it anyway. It hung on the shepherd hook lonely for a couple of years. Then on a whim I decided to dress it up by adding pieces of a broken windchime and the baby blue beads on it. The one on the right is the second windchime I received for Mother's Day. When I saw the color I knew where it was going to be hung.

 

Nice job, Von. You are very creative. What is this little thing on the left of the second picture?

 

He's a frog holding a flute. I stuffed him in the back of my Jeep with some other lawn decor from an estate sale. I only found one of his eyes in the grass. I love whimsical.
