Revealing interpretation, Hal, but I really don't want to bomb your birthday party. :D I just took a nose dive to be one of the first to congratulate you. I succeeded as it seems.

How are you getting on with your rowing machine?

I'm sorry, Hal. I missed this. I hope you had a nice birthday, and a great 84th year.

    Thanks, Thomas!

I haven't been putting in much time on my rowing machine because the arthritis that has settled in my hands prevents me from making a firm grasp on the oars, dammit!

At times when I can almost make a fist, I'll get on the machine and make a few reps, though...

The last couple months of my 84th year have seen "old age" pains beginning to settle in.

I'll just have to keep plugging as best I can...my new pool may provide some therapy, hopefully.

Thanks, Ken! We had a nice party yesterday; just Judy and I and our close friend Yvonne, age 84. We had a pizza and drinks and watched a movie.

    That's a cool Band, Patsy!
    Washtub Bass, Banjo, and Washboard!
I can hear 'em now, playin' "Boil That Cabbage Down"!
