A countryman of yours introduced the west to the Pogo Stick Thomas.
George Hansburg is the man who patented the two handled Pogo Stick in 1957. Legend has it that Hansburg was traveling in Burma where he met a man with a daughter name Pogo. The father invented a stick that Pogo could jump on every day, to and from the temple.

 

I know I had a pogo stick before 1957. It must not have had two handles. Can't remember.

 

Now I even know what it's called and who invented it. Thanks, Craig.

 

That chimp stays on longer than I ever did. I recall using a one handled PoGo.
