That is a perfect illustration of beauty and strength. Her Majesty is beauty incarnate and Sir Tom is the epitome of strength of character. Well done, Englishsters!

 

It's rumoured that Sir Tom said to Her Majesty, "Careful what you are doing with that sword, Ma'am, I don't want my eye poked out."

Hmmmmm......The truth is (I'm told ), Her majesty said to Sir Tom, "When all the cameras have gone, meet me in the dungeons, we'll have a nice cup of tea and some beans on toast.

 

I heard one comment by the Queen to Sir Tom near the end which sounded like, "You shut up". I had to rewind, and she was asking, "You've been shut up, I suppose, too, haven't you ? ... isolation"

 

Years ago he was a TV star....sort of.

 

Sad to say he died to day after catching this Covid virus.
