    "On, Wisconsin!" from high school.
I was in marching band and pep band. It's been nearly 50 years, and I bet I could still play it.

Bobby, I have a set of instructions generously supplied by Yvonne Smith that worked in Transferring Videos from YouTube to my Forum Post.

They worked so well that I printed the instructions on a 3x5 card that I keep in front of me all the time!

After printing the card, the instructions no longer worked, because I can no longer click on PASTE, because the drop-down box no longer drops down.

You have to click on copy, not paste, @Hal Pollner . Once you have copied the link, then you go back to the forum and paste it there.
(I think that it was @Beth Gallagher who gave you the instructions that you printed out. )

On YouTube, click share, Then click copy.
    On the forum........click paste.
Try this again and it should work for you.

    Here is your YouTube link.

That song was converted into an "Always Use Your Seat Belt" jingle. "Buckle Up."

HEY BOBBY COLE AND BETH GALLAGHER:

I'M SENDING THIS REPLY IN CAPS BECAUSE I'M MAD!

I'M DOING EXACTLY WHAT BESS GALLAGHER'S ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION SAID TO DO, AND WHAT BOBBY COLE AND YVONNE SMITH SAID TO DO IN TODAY'S REPLY, BUT IT DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE I GET NO DROP-DOWN BOX THAT INCLUDES PASTE !

Do you get one that says COPY ?
You can’t PASTE the video on the forum until you COPY the video from YouTube.

On YouTube, you should see something that says “share”, and when you click on that , the box might look something like this one, and somewhere it should say COPY. When you see COPY, then click on that, and that saves the video.
Then, go to the forum where you are posting it, and you should then see the option for PASTE.

I've been doing exactly all that! I click on Share, then I click on Copy, but when I return to the SOC and click on Reply, no box comes down!

Here is the 3x5 card I printed with your detailed instructions.

In the reply box (where you type your reply to a thread), simply right click in the box where you are typing. You WILL get a drop-down box.

And please don't buy a smart phone.

Beth, when I right-click on the reply box, I get a drop-down box but it doesn't include PASTE. This has been my problem all along!
