I think the justice system is being over ruled by the democrat governors.. These sick democrats want to cause fear with this virus so they can use it to destroy the USA. Governor who stated that the rape allegations have provided beneficial notoriety for his campaign for a higher office.) What is particularly sickening is the difference in media coverage given this case (as well as the racism in Virginia's highest office) because there are (D) politicians all over the place. Her life matters not. Her death has no usefulness in this scenario.

Instead of addressing either of the last two comments, I have something to say about the topic. If someone were to publish a study that found that all felony suspects, if freed from jail, will kill their accusers I'd be truly alarmed and want no more to be released. The one incident proves little.
The reporter sucks at writing his article. He makes it sound like it just happened in his headline. I have questions about his timeline of information provided.
One of the problems is that the person who writes the headlines is not generally the one who wrote the story. In a time of social media, I suspect that both the headline and the blurb that goes with it are written by someone who is interested in 1) getting people to click on it and 2) scoring a political objective that is not necessarily borne out by the full story.
Anyone can search until they find the most heinous outrageous act possible,then amplify that act and apply it to situation they like and present it as standard operating procedure. Yes, this person never should have been released, however what percentage of pretrial (innocent) persons have been released,committed no further crime, showed up for trial and had their case adjudicated. What? no figures on that? any interest in finding any figures? Of course not. To do actual research,to apply reason and facts,( Oh I forgot, there is no such thing as a fact) would do nothing to forward your campaign of misinformation.
