Those guys started back in the mid 80s, 6-8miles up the road from where I lived outside of DC, just a year of two after Fuddruckers set up shop nearby. Later on, one set up maybe 2 miles from home.

Man, I'm starting to miss not having good restaurants nearby.

My wife spotted a bag of 4 huge peppers, one red, one green, two golden.......I LOVE stuffed peppers. She thawed a chub of ground turkey, fried it up with onion, made cauliflower rice, used the old opened can of pasta sauce in the fridge:

Stuffed peppers are one of my all-time favorites, ever since I was a kid.

The best part of stuffed peppers is you get to enjoy them for hours after you've eaten.

As does everyone in your vicinity.
    Repeat after me: "Damned dog!"

Had a late lunch, so tonight's gonna be salad with cheese & crackers...an end piece of Murray's Irish Cheddar.

    Dessert will likely be cheesecake.

The first dog we bought for the kids was a beagle/shepherd mix and she could clear a house when she let one out.

I had a Terrier mix who would look at her point of emission and then look at me, as though I was supposed to explain the physics of what she just did.

Today it's baby back ribs; they are slathered in butt rub and in the oven. I'll sauce them after a couple of hours. Also having cole slaw and french fries.
