The Stealth Ship Sea Shadow (a tongue twister ) Sea Shadow was built in 1984 to study the application of stealth technology on naval vessels, and was revealed to the public in 1993. In 2006 the U.S. Navy tried to sell Sea Shadow to the highest bidder. After the initial offering met with a lack of interest, it was listed for auction for dismantling. The ship was finally sold and dismantled in 2012.
It's not the prettiest ship I've ever seen but I guess it's built to not be seen, so they could make it as ugly as they wanted..
Looks like just another waste of money to see. Some Congress critter brought a load of lard home on that one.
...found a picture of the rowboat I built as it was just finished. I didn't have any other place to work as I was living in subsidized housing at the time, so I built it as quietly as I could in my apartment. The neighbors never complained.
I hear Biden is a lightweight. BTW, this paddleboat isn't one with pedals. It's the boat where Biden likes to get spanked.
Please, get a grip, Dwight. There ought to be enough strange threads here lately to keep you busy. Back on topic....
^^^ Custom made by Hard Drive Marine, approximately $120,000. The Seabreacher Dives 5 feet; jumps 18 feet. Think I'll pass on this one.
This looks more like a floating apartment building than it does a military boat. Anyone know more about it ? It is in your area, @Ken Anderson and @Al Amoling .
