    -Salad
    -Leftover pizza

That's the last of this batch of leftover pizza.
Now I can try a new "minimalist" sauce recipe.

Lima beans with okra, onion, and carrots, and fresh whole wheat flour biscuits. Pouring rain here today, calls for a comfort meal of beans and biscuits.
My dried cranberries came from Sam’s Club, and I mixed some in with the cream cheese, so I have that to put on my morning bagel when I have one.

Meatloaf sandwiches and jalapeno potato chips. :D And I made a crustless coconut custard pie for dessert.

I'd take everything except for the Italian sausage. It's been a while since I've had pasta.

Comfort food of my childhood. A pot of beans, cornbread; fried potatoes, and, if money allowed, homemade coleslaw. I still love beans!

I've never heard of or tried bacon gravy. I used to make dried beef gravy now and then or sausage gravy for other family members but the bacon one is something I've never known about. I like bacon but I don't eat if often. I bet it would be good though.

Dogs make for great company. I can't imagine life without one. I find eating alone at home weird also. I'm learning how to cook for one and it's very different.

I had a dog and a cat that lived in their 20s. I miss them, but also enjoy the freedom of not having to worry about them if I'm away for too long (especially the dog.)

Regarding food: I cannot cook for one. I got in the habit of batch cooking when I was going to college at night after work, and I still cook that way. I recently made filling for 6 burritos. It's frozen/vacuum sealed. In fact, I made dinner last night from a serving of it.

I went from eating alone all the time (mandated by economic circumstances) to eating out all the time (when I could afford to, just to be around humans), and now I'm back to eating alone all the time. I've lived alone my entire life except for a couple of years of marriage, so I guess it's my normal frame of reference.

    Check out my pasta thread.

I got a machine and have been going crazy with it. Also been buying pasta flour online. A 50/50 mix of it with AP flour makes a great pizza.

I've not noticed you comment on your dietary preferences.
Are you vegetarian? Vegan? Or you just don't like Italian sausage?

I've made 3 cheese ravioli that was very good. Also made a mushroom/spinach ravioli tossed in chive brown butter.

    It's truly nirvana.

No, I don't call myself a vegetarian or a vegan or anything really. I do, however; eat less and less meat these days. I eat chicken breasts most often I guess. I just really never liked Italian sausage. I have tried it. The 3 cheese and the spinach and mushroom pasta sounds delicious!
