This is the picture and if you look at the picture you see a young girl then, look down from the side of the nose, right down to the chin and an older woman
should also be clear - very clever

I am studying and studying this and all I see is the young girl.

 

See if this helps; the young girl's necklace is the old woman's mouth. (Young chin = old nose.)
