Biden has plenty of supporters. The Democratic Party wouldn't have put him up for voting for if he didn't.

I don't know that I agree. Republicans have a habit of handing out candidacies for that office as a gold watch for years of loyal & faithful service. I think this might be the case with Biden. Plus, I believe he's a Trojan horse for Harris.
Obama has started trying to hold rallies for Biden, in the hopes of pulling in more people. Both Biden and Harris can barely get s dozen people to show up, and sometimes no one comes to the rally. On the other hand , President Trump has thousands of people at his huge rallies, plus large crowds for Pence, Don Jr., Eric, and Ivanka when they speak. It looks like Obama is not doing any better than Joe Biden, and he thinks he needs a megaphone to speak to a half dozen people. It looks like he is just standing on some street corner next to the Democratic headquarters and hoping for a crowd.
