At the last debate, one of the things that Joe Biden brought up was the 500+ children who were separated from their parents at the border. President Trump explained that most of the children who are separated are ones who came in without legitimate parents, and were usually smuggled in by the coyotes and human-traffickers. These children are put in a separate place where they are protected from being trafficked, or if they have no parents, they are kept safe until someplace is found for them. One of the things that has been talked about for quite a while, is the “kids in cages”, and President Trump has explained that the cages were built by the Obama/Biden administration, and not the Trump administration. When he was asked the question of “Who built the cages, Joe”, Biden had no answer. It seems like there was more to that question than it first appeared, and that Jim Biden (Joe’s brother) was actually in charge of the building of the cages, so this was undoubtedly why Joe didn’t want to answer the question. It is hard to read this paper, but what it basically says is that Jim Biden was the executive vice-president of Hill company, and Hill company is who was hired by Obama/Biden to build the cages at the border.
