Good morning everyone I’ve just got up at 8. 30 am ...... . In 2021 Had a wonderful night out dancing with my hubby ,mixing with great company ../ wonderful music you couldn’t wish for anything better ...we left the dance at just after 11pm arrived home safe and sound at just after 1 am Now what times is it at Shirley’s Louise’s ....It’s 4 Pm at the moment for Louise 5 Pm for Shirley and it’s time Mr Craig was outta bed it’s 9 am

I haven’t even seen any news if Sydney siders behaved leading up to the fireworks. Let’s hope there’s not an explosion of cases in NSW cause it’s looking highly likely your gonna get locked down again Craig or at least have severe restrictions

Cops allowed only 5000 revelers into the Green Zone, a large a harbor side area with the best vantage spots including the Opera House, Cahill Expressway, Campbell’s Cove and Mrs Macquarie’s Point) This zone was off limits to everyone except for residents, their guests and anyone with venue bookings in the area. The Yellow Zone which included the CBD, North Sydney plus several other harbor suburbs was heavily policed. Only a small amount of pleasure boats were permitted on the harbor too. Honestly I have to question why was the event even held this year. When no one but a few privileged few were allowed to view it plus watch a limited 7 minute display on out televisions. Tradition I suppose. In addition, the huge a police presence at the event surely reduced the overall presence at other areas of this large city.. so many irresponsible people will likely get away with flaunting the Covid rules.
We were discussing this at supper time at the dance Craig , why a privileged few have the free reign ....and like you said for 7 min ..... IMO ITS extreme pollution and money that could be spent on other stuff ......millions of $$$$ gone up in smoke
