Representative Mo Brooks is planning on objecting when the electors of questionable states cast their votes. Until recently he was a stand alone objector but now he has the necessary senate Republican(s) to back his stand. After the objection is heard then the House has to adjourn and meet for a maximum of 2 or 3 hours to discuss and vote on the objection. If the objection holds then each state has one vote for Trump or Biden and the way the states are stacked, D. Trump could actually win the Presidency.
