Never had wine for dinner all I ever had was Lancers white, Boones Farms, TJ Swan, the Lancers was the best. We caught a store that lost their license and all was $1 a bottle, just get it out of here.
I was managing the beer & wine department of a drug store when Boones Farm came out with Strawberry. It was bigger than the moon landing. I've had more than my share of beer, but was never much of a wine drinker (although I cook with it.) Oh...and I don't pout. I do scream sometimes.
When I was a kid, our neighbor's yard was littered with Richard's Wild Irish Rose bottles. I once chugged half a bottle of Manischewitz Cream Cherry Concord Wine on a dare. I'll spare the details. My face was numb for days. That was nearly 50 years ago, and I still get nauseous if I even glimpse that label in the store.
So once everyone is vaccinated, have there been discussions (or inferences) on restrictions being relaxed? Sorry if you discussed this before somewhere and I missed it.
It may be limited service with masks and social distancing but it will certainly be better than meals brought to us in plastic containers.
That is such great news, @Lon Tanner ! I am so happy to hear that you will be able to be out and about again, and have meals on a plate instead of a styrofoam or plastic container. And you will have company for your meals again. Awesomeness ! !
