I've never had capers at home. I was talking about getting them at a restaurant where I scrape them off if I see them. I loved pickled eggs too but I prefer black olives.
OK! Today was Creamy Chipotle Chicken, and I think it was my favorite of the three. This is a recipe I will try to replicate later. I particularly liked the rice that had sauteed onions and poblano peppers with a green chipotle sauce. So now that's done.

I was gonna put this in the Kitchen Gadgets thread, but [obviously] did not. I just saw a commercial on the telly for the Tovala meal system. You buy their Smart Oven, and their meals come with an instruction card that has a QR Scan Code on it. You shove the stuff in the oven, scan the Code, and the oven does the rest. You can buy the oven through Walmart for $400+. It requires an app to use as a stand-alone appliance. The Tovala website has them for $99 as part of a meal plan. The reviews of this company are not good...they should have disabled the video comments. Here's a 30 second vid:
