Okay, everyone knows the name and everyone knows that he she used to be a he on a Wheatles Box for being a superior athlete and later decided he wants to be a she who still likes girls.

On the brighter side of all that, Katlyn has decided to run against California Gov. Newson on a Republican Ticket.
Honestly, I haven’t really examined his / her entire platform but she looks like she’s a heckova lot better than some of the recent governors California has had.
Totally against lockdowns and not fond of the mask thing is a good start.
As Greg Gutfeld said on his show, since California doesn’t have voter I.D., I might just go there and vote twice!

    Opinions?

I guess switching parties would be the lesser trans-gression.

I'm glad I live in Texas, where the biggest threat to Abbott is Matthew McConaughey.

We don't have a lot of movie stars in Florida.....just the usual bunch of crooks and incompetents and blow-hards. I guess we're better off that way?

I seriously doubt, she/he is going to get elected. Told my SIL about it on Saturday, who lives in So. Calif., and she said "oh no!"

I remember when actor, Gary Coleman, was going for California Governor in 2003. That didn't happen either.

Still trying to make people open-minded that refuse to be.

    Wachu talkin’ bout?
But yet they voted in Arnold Schwarzenegger? A guy whose only attributes were muscles, movies and the ability to cheat on his wife and get his maid pregnant? A guy who did absolutely nothing for California but yet served not one but two terms as governor? The dual citizen Arnold?

I don’t care one way or the other but California needs someone with two brain cells that rub together as governor and Newson isn’t that man.

And, just to play the devil’s advocate, Jenner’s acceptance thus far has been astoundingly good compared to what I would think it would be.
At least the Dems won’t be able to view him as being anti-transsexual. Homophobic maybe because he still likes girls and not men but what the hey, I’m not going to be the judge.

And, the ???? are for? If it's about being open-minded, in most cases, we simply aren't.

And, you do not live in Southern California either.
It’s like the French Quarter in New Orleans (my home). Either you accept people for what and who they are or you simply do not live there.

That is why there are those that don't, and won't, accept people for the way they are and move somewhere else. Not every place in America is the same, or are the people. We moved from one type of demographics to a totally different one. All of the people in our apartment complex in Jacksonville were very nice, but there are parts of Jacksonville that could be called "murder alley".

I don't understand. Are you saying that being "non-mainstream" is actually a reason to vote for a candidate?

Not everyone here in Colorado voted for the man that is our Governor and he is gay. Him being gay is ok with some, but not everyone in the state.

So there are those who voted for him because he is gay, and there are those who voted against him because he is gay. They are equally bigoted.

As some folks would say, "welcome to today in America". We don't consider ourselves "bigoted", but some folks would think we are. Then again, our thoughts are quickly getting to be............"we simply don't care anymore what others think!"

Plenty of people in America don't like "this, that, or the other". There are those that care less about farmers, ranchers and completely dislike rodeo. We've got to the point, like above, where "we just don't care".
