Apparently, Israel invaded the Gaza Strip last night. The extent of the troop movement is not public yet. Biden provided funding to Hamas and now he has his war.

Since Hamas is the controlling, ruling, and highly militant party of the Palestinian people, by giving money to Palestine you are exactly correct. In essence, Hamas IS Palestine. What’s more, Hamas has been labeled a terrorist organization by the U.S. and most of the Western world since 2008 and if Biden (and / or his handlers) doesn’t know that then he is indeed lame brained. To shuffle aid to Hamas by any means is treason but then, the Dems have been able to get away with that charge for years.
Israel has technologically superior ground and air weapons systems, and this should assure a quick and hard-won victory over Hamas/Palestine, but with major losses on both sides. Harold
There are now some rumblings that Israel announced a ground incursion and shelled the heck out of military sites, but never actually went in. It may be a ruse to gauge how the Palestinians will respond, and it keeps the IDF out of a possible trap, as well as to see how the Western world reacts.
It will involve many casualties, but Hamas is funded both by the Biden Administration and by Iran. China and Russia supply many of the weapons to Iran, which are then passed on to Hamas and Hezbollah. If the U.S. backs Israel, the fighting will stop; if not, it is anybody's guess how it will turn out. Many of the Israeli weapons are supplied by the U.S., so if the U.S. backs down, the technological superiority could quickly switch.
Man the perimeter, make a lot of noise, throw in a couple barrages of rockets and mortars and watch the enemy go into full defense mode. Once the enemy is hunkered down, the eyes in the sky can get a better look at where their offensive emplacements are for targeting. Seems good to me. Keeps the Israel body count down. One of the big problems is that the Arabs and Jews have been living in Israel fairly peacefully but now even the civilians are having a go at each other. Israeli police are almost classified as infantry the way they have had to break up fights and violent protests, arrest the bad guys and hold skirmish lines around a couple of cities. Since military service is mandatory for Israeli men over the age of 18, the police are indeed well trained. hmmm......we need some Israeli police in Portland.
That is very true. He had things pretty well buttoned up in the Middle East. Biden undid all his policies almost from inauguration day, and we get this.

@Don Alaska Last I heard specifics, U.S. Foreign Aid to ISRAEL was the highest of them all. If still the case, it is curious that Biden should support Israel's opposition in addition to funding Israel. It seems pointless to me, a complete waste of our resources. Frank
