Here it's very easy to switch....you just do it all online.... If for example you find a lower quote for your utilites and switch , then after a year you find your original supplier is lower or some other provider, then you can switch again...no penalties and done at a few clicks of the mouse..
Sorry Chrissy it looks like PG&E has the monopoly in your state as @Linda Binning mentioned. You may find a cheaper tariff that's all. Site here
Well found Terry....that's appalling that one company can have the monopoly tho'....it's like stepping into the dark ages ( unintentional pun)...
Yes and I always thought California was a forward thinking more enlightened state, but where cash is concerned obviously not
Not that it matters to you Chrissy as you can't switch, but it's the same electricity/gas nothing changes, except the company you switch to gets charged for the electricity/gas you use through your meter, from their chosen supplier and passes the charge onto you with a profit of course.
Oh well, like I said my bill isn't that big, it's one of my smaller ones. I'm more ticked off with the City of Fresno which is my water, garbage and sewer bill. I'm never home and I have way less garbage than most since I live alone. There will be months especially when I'm away that I don't put any garbage out yet I'm charged the same amount. And my avg bill there is $80 which will go up because soon I have to have my sprinklers on. Actually my highest bill is AT&T Uverse and I'm going to cancel my TV soon.
Back on topic. I finally thought of something! Shopping carts that squeak, thump, or pull to one side.
Things that are healthy and healthful! Healthy things are basically alive. Thank goodness my kids are healthy. My puppy was sick but now she is healthy. Cheerios are NOT healthy. They are a healthful part of your breakfast!!!! We are regularly teaching bad grammar on tv.
