    Wife and I are both "positive and happy", well.........most of the time. But, we still get arthritis pains!

    @Frank Sanoica , my skin on my finger is starting to hurt but I think it's using an iPad and iPhone all day.

    Rheumatoid arthritis although the doctors will say it is an autoimmune disease which it is not. The caused by a pleura-pneumonia like organism or Mycoplasma that normally causes upper respiratory infection and pneumonitis. The disease can be easily cured with minocycline, tetracycline. Then you need to use something to rebuild the damage that was done.
    Everyone talks about relieving the pain but not how to fix the problem. The pain is a symptom of a problem you should be addressing the problem.
    I know you want a pain killer if you broke your arm but I hope you also get it set and put on a cast.

    A lot of the cures were used to maintain strong health centuries ago, and still are in places by those who know.

    They all are verifiable "scientifically", and many have been, but they are all suppressed and censored publically by the trillionaires who would lose face, lose money, lose patients if they allowed the cures to be known.

    Still, Books available that were published last century are potential perfect resources for what you seek, if you want to know.

    SIMPLE. Take a one hour break at least, after every five minutes of iPad or iPhone use. Not only will the finger no longer hurt from that particular strenuous activity,
    I believe the thinking clarity will also get better as a result.
