    Hey Mark!
Welcome. I grew up in New York so we were practically NEIGHBORS. But now I am a bum in Wisconsin on a hobby farm. And I got old. Who'da thunk?

    Al,
Thanks for you reply. I have seven grandchildren and would like to see the next generation. I live across form New York and can gladly give advice to anyone who is planning a trip there.
My avatar is from a recent trip to the site of Woodstock. I was at the original in 1969 and was on that very spot.

Thank you for the welcome. Which part of New York? I am originally from Brooklyn specifically East Flatbush. I went to Tilden High School.

Oh heck yeah on the Lone Star. I think their slogan should be "pour it back into the horse." My personal preference is Shiner Bock.

The heat and humidity here is terrible.

I don't even remember what Lone Star tasted like. I would try Shiner Bock if I could find it and it did not interfere with my medication. It is no fun getting old. the best beer I ever tasted was in Quebec City, Cheval Blanc.

I'm in a "No Beer Zone" right now myself; I'm having chemo. :( Really puts a damper on my day.
