I do like good quiche. Nancy's brand is pretty good for frozen. I have those fairly frequently for dinner.
Yes, if it is made with just the custard and shrimp and made fresh. It does go great with red wine and the addition of the fruit sure looks delicious Lon. I think you are trying to lure me into dining at your establishment with all your food photos.
Amazing ! That is the same exact picture of your quiche meal that you posted this same time last August (2020). Do you just reuse the same pictures each time to show us what you had for that meal ?
The kitchen repeats the same meals from the previous year. Dinner tonight will be exactly what I had last year .
I make quiche every so often. One of my favorites has the same ingredients as a western omelet, although there are lots of variations. Quiche freezes and reheats well...makes for a nice change of pace for dinner.
Today I will have Bacon Cheddar and Green Onion Quiche with a side of fresh fruit. Ken----You would love it.
I love them and make a mean traditional cheese and ham Quiche Lorraine. I also make other kinds, smoked salmon and spinach is another favorite. Like most food I make them from scratch, have only tried ready made once and it just wasn’t anywhere near as good.
