I gotta think it's a government secured area. Besides, if you look at the backup data for that Wiki cite, you'll see that there are 15 counties in New Mexico that had o Homeless Counted for that year.
Another thing, if you've ever been to Los Alamos, you'd know it would be hard for an homeless individual to get there. Los Alamos is way out by itself and a long stteep clomb to get there. I have vacationed there twice and around that area several times. I wouldn't want to be homeless in that littler town.And I expect as used to be apparent, the military polices the place pretty well, all over, in cooperation with civilian authorities.
