That's a rarity for me. I try to not have the same thing for lunch or for dinner 2 consecutive days, but I made this tuna salad and I don't want it (or the pita bread) to go to waste. I've not had that much pizza, but I've been known to have Chinese food 5 days in a row...but there's a lot of variety available. I love me some good Chinese food.
My special recipe chicken cheese green chili enchilada topped with sour cream to control the heat. I soaked the tortillas in very hot green sauce and it was a bit spicy, but 3 tablespoons (for one enchalita) of local dairy fresh sour cream put the quietus on it.
It's a dark bread I get from the grocery bakery; I think it's a molasses bread. It's similar to the loaves from Outback Steakhouse if you are familiar with that--dark brown and slightly sweet.
I buy our local Franz, slightly warm it, and apply Tillamook butter to it liberally. For the holidays I make a hard boiled brown sugar syrup I put on it after buttering and then sprinkle with cinnamon and let it cool. .
Laziness has overtaken me and having a personal grudge against my dentures, I opted for homemade tomato soup with local shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled pita bread.

Holy crap!!! That beats the heck out of a bunch of stuffed animals with hats pretending to drink out of empty tea cups!!! How do I get an invite into this family??????
My neighbors bought me a Sam's Club rotisserie chicken, and my rotisserie ritual is to make Chicken Salad with some of it. So I had that on pita bread.
