In an recent incident in my family, one son and family stayed with our eldest daughter and her family to get medical testing on one of son's children in Washington state. All came down with Covid even though son's family were not vaccinated and daughter's family was vaccinated, The only one of the group who got seriously ill and ended up in the ER was our daughter, one of those fully vaccinated since May. Everyone else, both vaccinated and unvaccinated recovered just fine.
She is short of breath with exertion, but she is at home with an O2sat monitor. As long as she doesn't do anything strenuous she seems to be okay. She went in with shortness of breath and tachycardia. The heart rate was controlled with medication and she has been released after evaluation and observation.
Doctors walk out leave critical patients in protest to 'protect' critical patients. Including those who are vaccinated with non-Covid illnesses.
The medical profession has changed past couple generations. Like everything else not what it use to be.
Like @Shirley Martin, I’m in the dark here. So, I decided not to take the vaccination but since the doctors are walking out in protest then I’ll change my mind and run down quick and get the vaccination. Meanwhile, whilst I’m getting the vaccination so the doctors will go back to work there are around 950,000 unvaccinated illegals running around south Florida which by the bye, isn’t part of the agenda of the protests by the good doctors with a god complex. Isn’t that kinda like being part of the problem instead of being part of the solution? Oh, the little light over my head just came on and I see the problem here. The hospitals get paid by the government for each covid patient that are treated in their mercenary establishments but the doctors themselves make their bucks off of treating heart attack and stroke victims and the like. If the beds are being taken by the covid patients and there’s no room for heart attack victims in the hospital where the doctor is registered then the doctors can’t make any money off the big ticket patients and their insurance. Got it!
And, people will ask "will we ever have World Peace?". Heck, we can't even have peace in America! Wife and I don't care one dang bit what others think, we know the virus is real and that many American's have died from it.
No one said the virus is not real. And Americans have died from every virus we have ever had. I'll be happy to look at specific comparative numbers that anyone posts.
Look at number in Israel now, where everybody is vaccinated. Heck, even the CEO of Pfizer couldn't get into Israel because he wasn't vaccinated. That should also tell you something.
