It's a lighter cheesecake made in Japan and is quite popular in Japan made from Uncle Tetsu's Shop.
Tetsushi Mizokami, Uncle Tetsu for short is the founder and baker who began this famous shop now expanding to Hawaii. Nutrition values of Uncle Tetsu's cheesecake?

So far so good for Uncle Tetsu's cheescake. I can't find any reviews about Uncle Tetsu's cheesecakes or tarts yet. So what do you think about this new cheesecake shop? Would you like one in your neighborhood?

    Yikes!

I'm guessing that is a 4 or 6 serving size cake, and that's the calories for the whole cheesecake.

    ROSE’S HEALTHY TAKE:
You can occasionally afford to down a quarter of the Uncle’s cheesecake, coming in at 292 calories and 20 grams of fat. It’s worthy of the indulgence! But, for a quicker way to get your cheesecake fill at home, try my miniature New York–style cheesecakes for a similar taste and texture.

I remember my mother serving hot fudge sundaes for dinner in a large japanese osoba bowl (I think it was only once or twice that this happened). I believe she then served seconds for dessert. No wonder I'm so sweet
