My all time favourite Floyd Song...

 

Guess I'm in the minority ... I love the old sounds, but enjoy current music too.
Pop music coming out today, by people like Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift and Meghan Trainor.
My favorite song at the moment is one by Meghan Trainor and John Legend:

 

Right now... feeling melancholy... listening to this.

 

I love Queen..Eddie Mercury had an amazing voice.

 

This song makes me cry..reminds me of how I miss some who are gone.

 

I came across Randy Edelman again on movie credits for which he wrote the soundtrack. I haven't listened to him since the'70s.

@Terry Page ...that's a co-incidence that you posted that song by Peter...he happens to be an old colleague of my o/h...and altho' we knew he was ill, we didn't realise quite how severely. sadly he has PSP and Dementia bless him, so he's very very poorly..but we still have his music to enjoy, that's the great thing about music and particularly now Youtube...

 

the instrument is called a Koto. a traditional instrument going back thousands of years now brought into the modern music. I love to listen to it. as far as I know only Japanese women play it
