Yes I do, I have that album by Frank. Just great music I still enjoy listening, I never get tired of it.
I like all kinds of music it was what I listening to growing up from mama playing and singing. Mama was a singer in Clubs before she had us kids. She was also a great pianist.
My father also is a singer, a crooner in the style of Bing Crosby. He did do one stand with Sammy Kaye Orchestra but had stage fright, he performed mostly local stuff. I wish I had some of his recordings from when he was a young man.
Thats great, it is a shame we got no recordings or pictures, huh? But we did get to here them live, lol. Mama would play Strauss or Bing,Sinatra then breakout standing up with Jerry Lee she would pump those peddals' while adding a little shimmy to Great Balls Of Fire. ,she was a card alright. She played since she was 6. I sure do miss her she had the biggest heart.
She sounds like someone I would have enjoyed, sounds like fun. I definitely would have enjoyed her music. Music has always been a big part of my life I played it, I recorded it. Before the internet I would make reel to reel tapes of music from the TV or radio. I always had music playing in the house whether it be radio, tape or record, nowadays CDs.
Tony did you dance ? I use to do some Ball Room dancing in the early 70s but no competing.Did lots of dancing my whole life. All kinds. Even on skates.
