    Well maybe not a fountain.
    Ocean is your friend

Thoughts and observations as they say we came from the ocean in our beginning. Our tiers and blood are at the same salinity as the ocean . Very close to the same PH. There is every mineral ever known is floating around in the ocean. I found when I sailed for six years and was in the water every day I was never sick not even a cold. As I analyze what was happening I see that the blood runs at a very tight PH and if it goes a little acid it pulls calcium out of bones and teeth to re balance the level If you know PH if you have a acid and mix in an alkaline it changes and can not stay the same. They say cancer likes an acid environment. Sitting in the ocean would make your body more alkaline without any effort on your part. Second is your body ability of balancing minerals if you have a deficiency the body will pull it in and if you are toxic the body will get rid of it when you are sitting in a soup of all the mineral the body can pull in what it wants and push out what it does not.
Some people pay for hot salt baths spays and the oceans are free. Also there is the stray electricity in the body grounds out through the sand and water. Probably a little extra bonus is vitamin D from the sun.
Although I have no proof of this but I do think if you had a chronic problem laying on the beach in the water would help a lot.

@Martin Alonzo I think most would agree that even if your don't have a chronic problem, laying on the beach and in the water in a warm location might help a myriad of issues...even mental ones.

We used to camp on the bay just outside of Ocean City MD every summer when I was a kid. The most relaxing time I've spent at a beach was outside of Atlantic City during the winter. Being on the beach all bundled up with the wind blowing in your face and the overcast skyline melding with the water so that there was no true horizon was extremely relaxing, in a visual sensory deprivation kinda way, even as the wind tried to break the spell.

I find it interesting the the human body maintains a near-perfect neutral ph of 7.35-7.45...regardless of personality type ;) I just read that the ocean is currently slightly base at 8.06-8.16

Which makes one wonder if one might lower one's risks by taking antacids, assuming there's a causal relationship there.

No you need strong acid to digest food to get the nutrition but two hours after you eat and have stomach upset it would not hurt to take some soda and water

I'd bet MOST here do not have their DHEA levels optimal. My doc checked me out about 20 yrs ago and I've been taking DHEA for over 20 yrs...

    From Life Extension:

    https://www.lifeextension.com/magazine/2006/11/report_dhea

    From Mayo:

    https://www.mayocliniclabs.com/test-catalog/overview/81405#Clinical-and-Interpretive

Following adrenarche, DHEA/DHEAS levels increase until the age of 20 to a maximum roughly comparable to that observed at birth. Levels then decline over the next 40 to 60 years to around 20% of peak levels. The clinical significance of this age-related drop is unknown, and trials of DHEA/DHEAS replacement in older individuals have not produced convincing benefits. However, in younger and older patients with primary adrenal failure, the addition of DHEA/DHEAS to corticosteroid replacement has been shown in some studies to improve mood, energy, and sex drive.

It's really tragic that Allopathic Med docs do not pursue this depleting hormone in our bodies.

It's been lifechanging for me, and at 84 soon, I hardly have a wrinkle and my mood is pretty good in spite of a body loaded with Arthritus. It's OTC and very very affordable. Want to change? Feel Better... Get levels tested........
