I was born in Frostburg Maryland. We moved to Suitland, Maryland and then to Friendly which changed names to Fort Washington, Maryland. I got married and we moved in with My parents in Friendly and then with his parent's who live in Oxon Hill. We finally moved out of our parent's homes into a house in Oxon Hill. Then we really got our own house 2 hours away in Thornburg, Virginia where we bult out houe from a plan from a company called Miles Homes. Lost our house there and moved to Deltona Florida. We got divorced and we both moved to Centreville, Virginia. I got kicked out of that houe and I moved int my paren't cabin in Gerrardstown Wet Virginia. I got remarried to someone and I moved to his apartment in Stephen's City, Virginia and then we moved back here and have been here for over 15 years...Gerrardstown, West Virginia.
Both of them go down. The first one we were on the top of the hill and the landscape went down into a wet area. It was so beautiful there and we had Jack in the Pulpits and Ladyslippers growing there. The Ladyslippers were such pretty flowers. Our house now goes down a slope and at the bottom of that slope is kind of like a drop off that has a small stream at the bottom of it. That is the end of our property line here. It is hard to grow anytihing out there so that is why we built raised gardens at the top near the road. It's about the only slightly sloping part of our acre. It took us 6 years to get grass to stay put and not run down into the woods. I love it here in the woods and with nature all around. In the warmer months, and pretty darn soon, I will sit outside on my deck in the mornings with my cats and my cup of coffee. There is nothing else like it to soothe your soul before starting the day. After my husband comes home and before I fix dinner we both sit on the front porch in nature and the beauty and wild life.
This is the second house we bought in Hungary, we moved out of the city, that is the Danube River and that was my view from my bedroom balcony.
Thanks, we lived there from 1997-2003. Business took my husband there but we came back when his cancer returned.
