Would the same cable connection serve for transferring picture files from my PC to my Smartphone? Then I could appear snooty and smart by showing my personal pictures to people in public places! People are always showing me pictures of their dogs or grandkids, so I'm thinkin' now it's my turn! Howl
You might want to also transfer the pictures from your wife’s tablet to your computer, @Hal Pollner . She probably had some different ones on the tablet than you have on your computer. You should be able to transfer those the same way, using the usb charging cord from her tablet.
@Hal Pollner Just make sure you don't get so many photos on your phone that you use up the memory. One of my tech savvy friends has tens of thousands of photos on Cloud or something like that and she can download from there to her phone or show others the photos on Cloud. She has access to all her vast photo collections anywhere she has cell service.
Sorry about that @Hal Pollner . Since you had posted that she has a tablet, I was assuming that she did have one, and that it would have been a good quality one.
